hey lily it's not exactly working out right now, but since i've been able to detach in the past i feel like it should be possible to get there again. in any case it's motivating to see someone succeed! keep going!

Lilyyy...how great! I lost a little bit control today, but still no binge. Can't imagine that I really have something left in my fridge from my groceries... this did not happen very often in the past:(
Do you mark the days in a calendar? I do, I think it could be motivating. Where are you from by the way?
And yes, I might sound a little hysterically haha whatever, I never regret a thing in my life except how stupid I was the past 8 years in terms of eating.

Hey, shoot me - I just binged But I know what caused it.. Do never ever start eating when you're not hungry!! So, trying to not let it beat me down and move forward. lesson learned I think. I have a question for you: how do you manage your portions? I'm having troubles with my satiety and thus I simply eat to much especially at dinner time...does it balance after a certain time? Thanks so much...

day 12: managed a tricky day yesterday, ready for the next today "it´s just no option" charlotte, dani: GET BACK ON TRACK, GIRLS!!! You might think it´s unbearable the first few days or think you go crazy, anyway, that will pass and it get´s easier ( - that´s not a new insight - ) collect all your strength and courage, it´s so great without it! dani: I usually decide what my meal will be like before I start eating. I think it´s a learning process. see you

Thanks hun, I'm back on track but I def need some more strategies on my meals. I am not ready to keep binge food at home, so I pretty much do well at work during the day. But at night time...panic! Should I just go grap a take-away (which would be a normal size then)??
I know I am a real rock bottom case, but I want this so much!!!

wow, I can't believe it works so well for you. I had a good day, too. After all that junk I was eating, I feel like crap... a nail in the coffin? Let's hope so:)

wo wo wo...I have 2 tricky days upcoming because of holidays and all stores will be closed. There is absolutely NO WAY I can fill up my fridge, because that would lead into a binge. It's sad and I will live off take-aways, but one day it'll all be different...

yeap, little steps should be better:)
I feel good today, but I have frequent thoughts of detoxing and/or fasting in my mind (those evil voices). Think I'm over junk food now, this sh*t makes me feel like I'm losing braincells xD Anyway, I always felt pretty good eating the high carb (starch solution)way. To me it just makes sense and I decided to incorporate more natural foods in my diet for the next days (as it is designed for all humans to eat).
