Hi Lily. I would like today to be my day 1 too. My first target is 21 days in a row without binges. We could work together on this, and talk to each other if we need support. What do you think? I like your attitude when you say I will be free. I want to be free too....

I am so proud of you! Do you mind supporting each other on this thread? I started my recovery yesterday and I am so so glad I found this book along "intuitive eating" by Elyse Resch. Also..I am curious where you are from - I'm german:)

Yeah! Sounds so motivating:) I managed day 3 and it is awesome!! Before reading the book I used to watch the many videos by "Nina V" on Youtube. She is also super inspiring and worth to watch. Thinking about getting a crazy haircut this week or a new tattoo to celebrate my new life^^ Let me know how you are doing, it's so nice to have you (board seems almost dead to me... ). day 10: imagine how great it will be to be finally done with this let´s find out which ways the urges present themselves today.. without giving in, of course! maybe I`ll have a look at those videos you recommended later, ... ^^ and don`t do anything you might regret (haicuts, tattoos..): maybe you are a little out of control as your metabolism is readjusting ^^ joking aside, celebrate your new life !!
