Dear all,
I have decided to stop reading and contributing to the various fora that I am currently involved in. It takes up too much of my time and also means my focus is too much on food, food related issues, eating disorders and so on. This includes all the foodblogs with tasty recipes I read, but also eating disorder information sites. I have learned a lot over the past years and I think I know all that I need to know to aid my recovery. I hope a time-out will help my recovery. I want to thank everyone here for their contributions, their honesty and support. I wish you all well on you road to recovery from you eating disorder. Love, Nicky xxx

Hi Nicky
Just wanted to say that I enjoyed reading this account (well not sure if enjoyed is right word!) but you certainly inspired me the way you have weakened the av by ignoring so many times.
I know what you mean about focussing too much on good and the ed, as that's what I feel myself doing, even in applying bob to my situation it can get obsessive as you say.
Nevertheless I'm hoping that over time my focus on food will diminish if I simply eat what my body needs and don't act on binge urges.
Good luck with the rest of your recovery
A xx
