I am super excited to recover and I am feeling POSITIVE! I have just bought Kathryn's new recovery guide book and I am going to start working through it by reading and carrying out an activity each night. Even though it has been years I REFUSE TO BELIEVE I AM NOT CAPABLE OF RECOVERY. Currently on day 13 which is truly amazing for me - mainly because I have been in circumstances where I couldn't binge but it is still a great start. Who is with me?

I am right there with you! My binging started after my bodybuilding womans figure show last year and I refuse to let this rule my life any longer. I also bought this journal called Best Self and it is in 13 week intervals of helping hit your goals every day. Look it up and do it with me! We are going to be our Best Self!

hi! thanks for posting. i just feel so hopeless. after every binge i say i tell myself ill never do it again and i always do. i just feel really discouraged... i have so many tools but cant seem to apply them. im hoping we can motivate one another.

Hi Alyssa, how are you getting on with your Best self journal? I will defo have to look it up. I am actually doing surprisingly well and have not binged since my last post (Day 26 today!).
Hi Leigh! Sorry that you feel that way. I have felt hopeless so many times through this journey. BUT we have to keep remembering that recovery is a journey with lots of ups and downs and keep hoping for full recovery. How often are you binging at the moment?
