What is the difference?
How often do you have dessert? What do you have for dessert?
Do you ever have seconds (Or thirds)?
Where is the line between having more and binging?

Good question! I don't have dessert because I'm not at the point where I can cope with it.

I try to stop desserts after dinner because if I eaten a lot and get something sweet even tough I dont really need it my bing urges go craaaaaazy! So if I want a dessert I wait for a longer periode after dinner, maybe I grab a cookie around eight - nine o'clock or with my late night tea I think you should try cutting down on the portion of dessert. If you are hungry - eat something you body really needs and do go into a cookie bag! Dessert should be enjoyed as a little bonus and need feed a hunger need!

This is exactly the questions I struggled the first two weeks with... The answer is pretty simple and just about your mind: If you have the feeling, eating this dessert feels like giving in an urge and you're afraid you will eat more, it's binging. If you have the feeling, you'd simply enjoy what is in front of you but could also live without it, it's a dessert. I am doing it like this since nearly a month now and meanwhile I can even react normal to the feeling of having "the desire of a sweet piece of sth" and know I will be satisfied, after eating... a banana, 4 pieces of choclate, a little syrup over my joghurt, or sth like this Usually when I had this desire I forbid me to eat anything anything sweet at all, because I knew I cannot stop.

Or, to keep it simple: whenever you are already thinking TOO MUCH about the dessert, and you're fighting with yourself whether to have it or not (which you would not have, if the desire wasn't that strong) it's a binge. So just decide to go over the urge this time and look forward to the next time when you can have sth sweet without having the need to eat it (which tastes much better by the way as well:D )
