As I'm right at the start and I haven't managed a whole day without binge/disordered eating, I'll find it helpful to share any small success I have. sounds good, rainbow! Isnt that an amazing feeling? Great, you are sharing this with us! I too made some progress. Since 2 days I feel satiety again, trusting your body is the key!

Thank you I think I have to work on overcoming a fear of being hungry. I'm not sure, but I think my monkey brain thinks that if I don't eat until I'm stuffed, I might starve or something. I suppose that's what a decade of dieting does!
