I decided to re-read the book after having some setbacks. I came to the realization that when I was having these setbacks, it was because I didn't separate myself enough from my lower brain, and even convinced myself I didn't truly want to give up binge eating.
My advice for anyone who's been doing well, but having occasional slip-ups is to re-read the book. The second time around it makes even more sense and help me to remember why I never want to go back.
