Hi I'm new here, I brought Kathryn's first book about 6 months ago but i could never seem to stop binging even though I totally agree with her approach it makes perfect sense I brought the workbook and i tried really hard to quit, and now i've ordered her second book but whatever i do i just can't seem to go for more than a couple of days before binging again Has anyone had any long term success with this approach? Would love to hear from someone who has Clare
