Hi everyone,

id be interested in hearing some of your urge "excuses" that your lower brain tells you. I often get, you better finish that because throwing it away would be wasting money. I would like to know your excuses and what you did not not pursue. I detach sometimes but others I know I get into fighting. The cost is a big deal for me. I am a 29 year old teacher who does not make a lot of money and end up taking the extras home from the staff lounge because... Hey... They're free....

Hi cbrick, I hear a money excuse too.. my lower brain tells me to spend my last 10 or 20 euro on binge food to get rid of my spare cash, the idea is that I'll have no money left for the rest of the week so therefore cannot buy any more binge food. This lame excuse never fulfils its intention.. My credit card bill just gets bigger and bigger.. Im also 29, trying to finally kick this habit before I turn 30!
