Today marks 3 months binge-free. I have not been a perfect eater. I haven't lost any weight. but it doesn't matter because i feel fantastic. In the past i've always equated feeling good with being thin, but there's something to be said about being able to control trust and control yourself around food that makes me feel soo free. I can go to a party and not being thinking about the food on the table all night, i dont panic when i'm around someone and don't know how i'm going to get my next fix. It's a great feeling. Brain over binge has changed my life.
Here's hoping there's another 3 months, and then another 3 months and so on!

Wow, that's so good, three months! Congratulations! And thanks for sharing, I love to hear success stories! It motivates and inspires me to keep going myself! Many exclamation marks!!!! Haha. But it is so very nice to hear people cán actually recover. How are you doing now? I really hope you're still living binge free. But if not, don't forget to focus on your successes All the best!
