Today marks 3 months binge-free.
I have not been a perfect eater. I haven't lost any weight. but it doesn't matter because i feel fantastic.
In the past i've always equated feeling good with being thin, but there's something to be said about being able to control trust and control yourself around food that makes me feel soo free. I can go to a party and not being thinking about the food on the table all night, i dont panic when i'm around someone and don't know how i'm going to get my next fix. It's a great feeling.
Brain over binge has changed my life.
Here's hoping there's another 3 months, and then another 3 months and so on!
